Hello! I’m Maria from I Believe In Story and I’m guest posting on Julie Ann Art to share a recipe for one of my favourite snacks: granola. This recipe is deceptively simple. I constantly have people asking me to make it for them and it really takes no time at all to throw together.

First, you’re going to need your ingredients. The following measurements will make approximately 4-5 cups of granola, but you can easily double the ingredients if you need to make more.

Dry Ingredients:
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon
Wet Ingredients:
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup honey
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and place the granola mixture in a 9×13 baking dish or pan. Bake for 20-30 minutes and stir every 10. Let cool. The granola can be stored in the fridge for one week.
I love having this granola in the morning with coffee. It’s also a great addition to yogurt or mixed with milk like cereal. You can add fresh fruit for a different taste or substitute the honey for maple syrup if you want something even sweeter.
This looks so yummy! I would love to try out this recipe. I am so glad I stumbled upon your blog. I love the design, it is so lovely. I will definitely be following you on Bloglovin! xx. McKenna Lou
