Chocolate Chip Rolo Cookies

I got a big bag of Rolo candies for my birthday (I’m pretty notorious for my sweet tooth.) so I have been looking up recipes that include them, rather than stuffing my face with Rolo after Rolo until I feel like I’m going to die. When I actually prepare a recipe I tend to share it with friends and neighbors, rather than scarfing it all myself (for the most part).

I remembered I saw a Rolo stuffed Snickerdoodle cookie on Pinterest, which I thought would be easy enough. But me and my notorious sweet tooth needed more chocolate.

I picked up chocolate chip cookie dough at the store and, following the instructions on the package, rolled it into balls on an ungreased cookie sheet.

 Then, taking matters into my own hands, I pushed a Rolo into the center of each cookie ball.
