For New Years weekend I flew (nervously) to Lake Tahoe. It was my first time there and I had no idea how beautiful it would be! The water was so blue and so clear!

We took a gondola up the mountain for a day of snowboarding.
Great view of the lake from the mountain!
Of course, had to take a break by the fire pit for drinks and snacks!
On New Years Eve, we joined hundreds of people in the streets for the countdown.
It was a great weekend, but of course, I was excited to get home to Penny girl!

Looks like it was a wonderful trip! Funny how the water has no ice on it, and there is snow on the mountains…maybe just in California 🙂

Lake tahoe is one of my fave places to go too. WE go there every summer and its a great time to relax.
